Islamic Terrorists Using Suicide Dogs
Here's the latest tactic of Islamic terrorists: suicide dogs. They
strap
explosives to a dog and then detonate it as a Coalition convoy rolls
through
town. Most liberals love animals...perhaps this will finally flip the
switch for them.

Terrorists Using Suicide Dogs
Terrorists in Iraq are having such a hard time recruiting new suicide
bombers that they're now using suicide-bomber dogs.
According to a report last week in the Australian newspaper:
"IRAQ insurgents attached explosives to a dog today in a bid to bomb a
military convoy near the northern oil center of Kirkuk but the animal
was
the only casualty," police said.
According to the Dakuk police chief, Colonel Mohammed Barzaji, the
insurgents wrapped an explosive belt around the dog's body and
detonated it
as the convoy passed through the town, which is located south of
Kirkuk.
"The dog was torn apart by the explosion which caused neither injury
among
the soldiers nor any damage," Barzaji told the Australian, adding that
the
bomb had been detonated outside a Shiite mosque.
Eight suspects were detained.
In the past, animals had been used by insurgents to help with attacks,
but
never in such a gruesome fashion.
In 2003, donkey carts were used to conceal makeshift multiple rocket
launchers in a flurry of attacks in Baghdad.
Terrorists have also employed animal carcasses and as well as human
corpses
to conceal explosives.

I am too often shocked by the vitriolic repulsion many people feel for
our
leader and America in general, especially because the loathing is often
poorly informed. I've met people on this campus who see America as the
worst
human rights abuser in the world (unlike the angelic paradise of
Cambodia)
and people who sway liberal not because they actually know anything
about
issues but because it's popular.
Liberalism has to be more than a college fad or a collection of
loudmouths
whose idiotic comments stir headlines. The rabid dislike some people
feel
for a man they've never even met makes me ashamed to be a Democrat.
