Life is tough when you can't even blaspheme . . . |
Today's blasphemy:
In Matthew chapter 12, it quotes Jesus as saying,
31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be
forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be
forgiven unto men.
32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be
forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be
forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
So, for today's blasphemy, let's have a little fun "speaking against the
Holy Ghost."
"The Holy Ghost is a bunch of crock. "
The only problem is, that for this to be 100% blasphemy, there would have to
be something to blaspheme.
So, the best I can do under these circumstances is ridicule the absurd
writings of the Bible, and those people who use it to control the minds and
lives of millions of people.
Ugh. Life is tough when you can't even blaspheme . . .

I used to teach Sunday School for the Salvation Army, years ago. Almost
became a preacher, too.
As a "recovering fundamentalist" I still have a pretty good knowledge of
what's in that horrible book. Plus, there are a few websites where you can
do quick searches for particular verses.
So, I have better things to do nowadays than re-hash all that stuff I wasted

Well, it's apparent that your conversion was not genuine. So much for
your teaching. The blind leading the blind, as it were.....
Almost

Not surprising. I knew a minister who told us that he was a preacher
for 20 years before he actually got down on his knees and really got
saved. That's the same problem that our friends, the Catholics suffer
from, eternity on end. Like Jesus said... "All white and clean on the
outside but on the inside, full of dead men's bones and all
corruption".. LOL..!! Jesus had 'em all pegged, I tell you...

You're not a 'recovering' anything. Maybe a recovering faker. But what

Yes, and on that day you will say that you did many works in His name.
But alas, He will reply... "Depart from me you worker of iniquity. I

Well, enjoy yourself now while you can. The day is coming when you'll die,

Yes... ashes to ashes and all that jazz. But like the Word says... To
be absent from the body is to present with the Lord! I like that! The
human body sucks anyway. It suffers from many problems., Breakdown can
occur from many causes. I'm looking forward to that Heavenly body! The
one that will never be sick again. Amen, brother. You can keep all
things mortal if you love this life so much. But remember what Jesus
says... "He who seeks to save his life here will lose it. But he who
loses his life for my sake will find it again".
And that's all there is, all there ever will be, time without end. Amen.
Oh, really...? I thought you said that you were a believer...? How can
you, once a believer, now take the atheistic attitude? Like I said,
you are a never-were-been. Because if your conversion was real, you
could never deny what God had personally reveled to you.
If you're an atheist, just come out and say so. I got better things to

Him, then I'm afraid you simply have no other place to go. The Father

The truth of God is instilled in your very being. He says He even
instill His truth into the primitive peoples. And there's going to be
some place in your life.. probably quite a few... where He'll send the
Holy Spirit to call you to Christ. If you don't make it, it's because
you've turned down every invitation that He ever offered you.

32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be
forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not
be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
So, for today's blasphemy, let's have a little fun "speaking against the
Holy Ghost."
"The Holy Ghost is a bunch of crock. "
The only problem is, that for this to be 100% blasphemy, there would have
to be something to blaspheme.
So, the best I can do under these circumstances is ridicule the absurd
writings of the Bible, and those people who use it to control the minds
and lives of millions of people.
Ugh. Life is tough when you can't even blaspheme . . .
If it's any consolation, there is still bestiality and
fornication....Heck, you may even be able to kill two birds with one stone!
Before, or after, he screws them?
If it's before, then you can add necrophilia to the list.
Although they'd have to be Emus.
