Rush Limbaugh said that "[s]omebody here is trying to ram [political
correctness] down our throats."

LIMBAUGH:
So, I'm like everybody else, I was following the Brian Nichols story
all day Friday and Saturday.
Well, up to Saturday morning, when it was time to go out and play
golf.
But nevertheless, I saw the guy surrender, get captured.
And, I was watching the pictures of him being escorted to the police
SUV by a blonde FBI police officer or agent, female.
This is after Brian Nichols had overpowered this 5-foot deputy in the
jail on Friday.
And, of course, there was talk all Friday afternoon and night about
the political correctness here.
Of course, a 5-foot woman could not play in the NFL; a 5-foot woman
could not play in the NBA, but somehow she can be a police officer, a
deputy, or a cop, and a lot of people think that this is a little
crazy.
And, of course, I know there's a lot of sensitivity to this in police
departments around the country because political correctness has
reared its head in a number of places.
So, when I saw Brian Nichols turn himself in and be escorted to the
SUV by a blonde female FBI agent, I said, "Somebody here is trying to
ram PC down our throats," because they're already sensitive to what
had happened in the jail, and they're saying it had nothing to do with
it, blah, blah, blah.
And we're not afraid of having women in close contact with this
prisoner, who had already committed all these murders and heinous
acts.

I'm afraid I'll have to agree with him on this one, except for his
obsessions with "political correctness" and the woman's hair color, and his
general condemnation of female officers. Okay, so he's basically wrong about
the whole thing, BUT, a guard should always be big enough, fit enough, and
skilled enough to handle a prisoner in whatever situation might arise. If
they hadn't assigned a 5-foot grandma to guard an uncuffed six foot male
skilled in martial arts, it wouldn't have been so easy for him to get the
gun.

If they hired a 7' 300lb 70 year old grandma to guard an uncuffed 25 year old
six foot male, he'd still have no fucking problem tossing grandma and taking
her gun. The problem isn't size, it's training and age.

I challenge Limbaugh to prevail in a fair fight against a trained,
5-foot blonde woman police officer. He'd be on his ***** so fast his head
would swim.
Even so, in the Nichols instance, the fight would not have been fair at
all, since he was heavily shackled and she had several other armed
officers nearby.

Police departments do have heighth and weight standards for police,
including women. I doubt you will see any 5 foot police officers.
Limbaugh is full of *****.
When back in the 60's women started joining police forces,
there was a big Limbaugh style outcry that women were to
small physically to do the job. Apparently people like
Limbaugh forget those rants of that era.
Now, 40 years on, its obvious that women police officers do
the job quite successfully.
Limbaugh is full of *****.
Limbaugh could not make it as an NFL player.
I guess he is inferior and worthless according to
Limbaugh-think.
Actually, very, very few could make it as an NFL player.

Many 5 foot tall women do. I don't know of any
275 lb, 6'6" gynasts.
