Descendants of Chinese writer Lu Xun want rights to his name, image?

SHANGHAI, China (AP)
Early 20th century Chinese writer Lu Xun dedicated himself to the
revival of the nation. His descendants, however, say his name and image
belong to them.
The writer's oldest grandson, Zhou Lingfei, is appealing the Shanghai
Trademark Bureau's refusal to allow them to trademark Lu Xun's name for
a brand of rice wine and possibly other products.
