Man Shot, Killed At ATM
Police Search For Gunman

COLUMBUS, Ohio
Police said they were searching for the person who
shot and killed a man at an automatic teller machine.
Police said that when they arrived, they found Samuel
L. Williams in the parking lot with a gunshot wound
to his upper body. Williams, 48, was transported to
Grant Medical Center, where he later died. Five to
seven men attacked Williams after he took money
out of his National City Bank account. Williams was
shot during the struggle. Investigators said they were
searching for a 17 to 18 year old black man with a
thin build and medium complexion, who was wearing
a black hooded sweatshirt and a black leather jacket.
Police said he was about 5 feet 6 inches tall.
Bank officials issued a response after the shooting.
"This is a tragedy. Our hearts go out to the victim's
friends and family. We are cooperating fully with police
and their investigation."
Anyone with information about the killing is asked to
contact the Homicide Squad at (614) 645-4730.

Too loud for any decent effect to be acheived. To be properly done, an
"off-topic" troll-flame has to have more of a "whine" or "pissy moan" tone to
it. A whiny, pissy moan _can_ be blared shrilly as evidenced by Roseanne Barr,
but it's not very easy to pull off. Giving it that "George Carlin" tone doesn't
have quite the same impact - that's more effective for pecking someone to death
with in a taunting manner over time. The blaring "screamy *****-off" troll-flame
is more for splattering all over someone from right out of the middle of
nowhere, and is really mostly effective against someone who is being shy,
sentimental and/or sincere. It's also more effective if you first lull the
reader into a false sense of normality in the initial few lines of your bait so
they'll read it while prepared to take you seriously. Otherwise, their defenses
are up and it's just going to bounce right off.
