Constitution does not include the phrase "Separation of Church &
State," neither does it say "Freedom of religion." Please note that the
Declaration says about our rights secured by Christianity. The
Constitution also uses many pagan words such as January (from the
two-headed Roman god, Janus), and Sunday (from the word Sunne, which
refers to the Saxon Sun god). Can you imagine the ludicrous position of
someone trying to argue for the justification of a pagan god based
Constitution?same goes to any ATHEIST who attempts to use a dating

That is because the Christians (note the lack of an apostrophe, because I
am using the plural, not the posessive) you speak of are ignorant morons.
The Declaration of Independence does not speak of Jesus or Christianity; it
makes a brief mention of an impartial Creator who could just as easily be
Allah or Brahman or Ptah as it could be the Christian deity. What's more,
the Declaration of Independence was nothing more than a piece of
revolutionary rhetoric that made excuses for overthrowing legitimate
govermnent. Unless you are willing to admit that the people really ARE
fully empowered to revolt against government that works against their
interests. The Bush Junta, for example.

Because to the hard-of-thinking fundamentalist any mention of god,
creator etc means their specific version. After all that's the only
possible one - especially for somebody they respect. Which in their
case means their God/Jesus fusion. They can't conceive of it meaning
anything else.
And they are in such a world of their own with its own history,
meanings for words etc, even its own logic that you can't get through
to them to explain otherwise.

WE Christian Nationalists Endorse Torture
WE Christian Nationalists usually the sole defenders of morality,
Christianity, and traditional American values. Our rules for
interrogation need to catch-up with this awful new form of war that is
being fought against all of us and the free world. The post -World War
II standards do not apply to this new war We must redefine how our
lawful society treats those who have nothing but contempt for the law
and rely on terrorizing the innocent to accomplish their objectives.
The lines must be redrawn and then we must pursue these criminals as
quickly and as aggressively as the law permits. We encourage all of our
supporters and affiliated churches to contact their elected
representatives and let them know we support President Bush's efforts
to update our methods of interrogating terrorist detainees in order to
provide greater protection for our troops and the innocent

First let me say "I believe in God". Not a God that tells me to
commit acts of senseless cowardly terrorism, but a God that
guided Americans to build the greatest country in the world
through hard work, persistence, and blood, sweat and toil. The
American people will prevail in this tradgedy. We have a spirit
of independence and freedom that cannot be destroyed by hijacked
planes or bombs. We also have the most capable military force on
the planet. If these terrorists are not handed over to us, we
will deal with the criminals that harbor them with swift and
immense justice. I personally will dance and pass out candy when
we do.
Just a side note: How far do think a third world country would
fare in a war with a superpower? I would venture to guess we
would win, as we did in Iraq in a matter of days.

Really? The only references are to a "Creator" and to "Nature's God."
And the Declaration never mentions Christianity, and indeed violates
the bible demand that we be obedient to kings.
Constitution does not include the phrase "Separation of Church &
State," neither does it say "Freedom of religion."
The 1st Amendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of
the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a
redress of grievances."
Right there.

You are grasping at straws. If it weren't for the coincidence that
those words happened to slip in, you'd begin saying things like
"depending on what the meaning if is is" is makes it a religious
document.
Actually, the absence of direct words about religion is most obvious.
And you missed the part where the Constitution said "no Religious
Test" be required for oath of office.
If many of the founders were deists or theists, and wrote about their
beliefs in private communication, why do you think they didn't pepper
the Constitution with God-blurbs and bible references? Hell, they
could have had total theocracy right there. Bang.
BBBBZZZZZZTTT - They didn't. Clue? Anyone know what that means? No,
they didn't forget. The people didn't want it, that's why. Bang Bang.
See? They came here to be free of religious abuse, so they weren't
about to set up here what they fled from there. Sometimes the obvious
glares so much it's unnoticed. Bang Bang Bang.
Christians are good salespeople but their product is a sham. Thud.
