Jan. 21 - Underneath the ocean of outrage over Larry Summers's
suggestion that girls might be congenitally disadvantaged in math and
science is maybe a little gurgle of unwholesome pleasure that the
president of Harvard was caught moonlighting at the Flat Earth Society;
who knew?

For you to say the Larry Summers was wrong, i would say, shows that you
haven't really read exactly what he said. read the Slate article:
http://slate.msn.com/id/2112570/
It shows that Summers said women are underrepresented in science fields
b/c
1) They are less willing to to spend 80 hours a week away from their
kids
2) Boys math test scores are more skewed to the extremes of very good
and very bad, while girls are more clustered in the center. Indicating
that they are equally good as a group, but more boys score extremely
high than girls.
3) Discrimination by universities.
