Memorial Day |
Here in the land of the free we celebrate Memorial Day this weekend.
Here in my town, we have a small parade (which I am in, thank you)
we'll have our 1 police car and fire truck a high school marching band
and a few old war veterans like me. One year the parade took a wrong
turn
and we had to march around the Town Hall to get back into formation,
rather
than try and turn around.
It was a hoot and the best parade I can remember.
Now, Memorial Day is a remembrance of all those brave men and women
who have paid the ultimate sacrifice and laid upon the altar of freedom
their very lives.
So, while you're drinking your beer and eating shrimp on the barbie,
take a minute to think of the veterans who have paid for your meal
with their wounds.
Keep your headlights on and have a GREAT weekend!

I saw a bumper sticker today reminding us that we QUIT Vietnam, which made
everything the "millions" who died did, useless. I wanted to remind the
driver that pulling out of a war nobody could win was the smartest thing
anyone could have done, and to look at the "millions" of other lives that
move saved.

Vic, when we quit Vietnam in 1975, the war had already been won. South
Vietnam had defeated their own insurgents, the Viet Cong. The US had
withdrawn, long before. All we had to do was to continue to support the
South Vietnamese and supply them with arms and ammunition but our craven
left couldn't even do that, and so the North Vietnamese rolled right over
them and *MILLIONS* died as a result.

the North rolled over the South. He was the poster child for liberal

Pol Pot would not have come to power if the Nixon
had not supported pro-American general, Lon Nol, who
over threw the legitimate prime minister of Cambodia.
Nixon's bombing of Cambodia which killed anywhere
from 150,000 to 500,000 thousand Cambodians laid the
ground work for Pol Pot's power grab. As Pol Pot took
over Cambodia, and started the killing fields, guess who
was president, that's right, Ford.

Ford did nothing. It was the liberal Democrats in Congress who forced

resulted in the power grab in Cambodia as well.
Of course it's just like the Democrats to try to blame everybody but

their labor policy or their tax policy.

Where does that interesting idea come from? The

Didn't all of Pol Pot's aid come from China?

Too bad their sacrifices were for nought. :\

Here in the land of the free we celebrate Memorial Day this weekend.
Free? Not for some years now. Freedom requires courage; which
Amerikkka has lacked for some decades as the police state has grown
exponentially.
The entire world knows the USA/UK are fascist states, requiring the
enslaving of their entire populations with mind control in order to prop
up
a Federal Reserve which relies on global crime & war to exist.
And the moon is made of swiss cheese.
Denial is the hallmark of today's American. It goes hand-in-hand with the
sheep mentality that dominates in this country where people are too lazy to
do any research and discernment for themselves but will vehemently defend
their baseless positions that conform to popular consensus. Wake up before
what happened in Germany is completed in America. It has already started
and is well underway. Just ask anyone who went through it in Nazi Germany.
It is very close to complete and undeniable fascist control. Wake up.
Please! Wake up! Then help others to wake up before it's too late.

Think about it. You have exactly that - always.
The ruling conditions are the SUM of ALL forces.
So instead of accusing the powerful and mighty, you
must point your finger on all those weak and coward
people who allow this to happen.

Poor Alexa, the USSR has been gone for 15 years now.
There is also a UCN {United Christian Navy}warship either at Cannes or
San Rafael (former I think) which will conduct a ceremony at the allied
cemetary. On memorial day if the crew leaves the ship they must be in
their Class A uniforms.
Too bad their sacrifices were for nought. :\
