Michael Schiavo Should Sue ALL the ASSHOLES |
Now that the autopsy vindicates what Michael Schiavo was saying all
along he should make a long list of people to sue who defamed/libeled
him, starting with Fox News, the Repug National Committee, Randall Terry
and Operation Rescue, Bill First, Tom DeLay, Jeb Bush, George Bush, Bill
O'Reilly, Sean Insanity, Michael "Weiner boy" Savage, the Schindlers and
many more. Specifically, malpractice charges also need to be filed
against First for his incompetent and unethical attempt to diagnose
Terry Schiavo by watching heavily edited home video footage. If Schiavo
and Felos cast a wide enough net and sues enough of them then maybe some
of them will even settle out of court and it will give them millions to
establish some kind of foundation to defend the rights and privacy of
americans from attack by all the christo-fascist zombie assholes out
there. That would be so fucking sweet.

Nothing was said that would show me anything that preserved Terri
Schiavo's
right to life.
Let me break this down so even you can understand. With respect to
rights, the right to free speech includes the right not to speak also,
because otherwise you would be compelled to speak nonstop 24 hours per
day. Similarly, if you have a right to life then you have a right not
to exercise it and to die. Over twenty separate court decisions
affirmed that Terri Schiavo had expressed the desire not to have her
body kept alive indefinitely if there was no hope of recovery. It is
her *right* to choose that and the courts held that Michael was legally
empowered to act on her behalf, since she was incapacitated and unable
to act on her own. Now the fact is that Terry Schiavo was brain dead
from a scientific and legal perspective before she made it to the
hospital to be treated, but they held out hope for many years that
something could be done to rehabilitate her. After quite a bit of
expensive treatment and therapy it was determined that she continued to
get worse rather than better. Her CAT scans showed precisely what the
autopsy showed. Massive parts of her brain were completely dead and
were never coming back. If it hadn't been for her clinically neurotic
parents inability to cope and the interference of politicians trying to
hijack her tragedy for votes then the issue would have been settled many
years ago. So why don't you stop being an idiot and stop pretending
that you have anything meaningful to contribute.

What is so ridiculous about this autopsy is they said a lot about about what
*didn't* cause her death.
Autopsies are used to find the cause of death, not what didn't cause it.

You're none to smart, are you?
The autopsy DID tell us the cause of her body's death:
dehydration from removal of the feeding tube.
What it wasn't able to tell us was what caused her to have the
initial heart stoppage, which resulted in her irreversable brain
damage.

Because they have a history of hiring quacks who will
tell any lie they want people to hear for money, even
going so far as to lie under oath (which is exactly what
happened with both of the Schindlers chosen "doctors"
a few years ago when they were brought into the

Best to let Florida law enforcement handle the autopsy.
Idiot.
Especially now that they want to present the results as

Unless you want to make a case that the county medical

some sort of conspiracy to hide the truth, this whine can

That's qutie a convenient excuse you conjured up in defense of mikey. Funny
thing he never employed it....
Her wishes only applied to a hopeless

Only mikey' hired guns claimed it hopeless. Teri's parents found some

That's qutie a convenient excuse you conjured up in defense of mikey.
Funny
thing he never employed it....
When the truth is on your side, it isn't necessary to play every
card in your hand nor conjure up ficticious scenarios and accusations.
There's also the possibility that Michael didn't feel it was necessary to
discuss every gory detail of a private matter in a public forum.
Her wishes only applied to a hopeless
situation. Idiot.
Only mikey' hired guns claimed it hopeless.
Unfounded load of horseshit, especially if you're trying to imply yet
another conspiracy and say that the M.E. is on Michael's 'payroll.'
Funny how you pontificate about "conjecture" in just two paragraphs from
now....
Teri's parents found some
29-experts who disagreed.
Most of them in Congress.
Another interesting fact these murderous leftards aren't
acknowledging: why was it that mikey wouldn't allow
Teri's family to have a doctor oversee the autopsy?
Because they have a history of hiring quacks who will
tell any lie they want people to hear for money, even
going so far as to lie under oath (which is exactly what
happened with both of the Schindlers chosen "doctors"
a few years ago when they were brought into the
case--the video, unfortunately for them, doesn't lie).
And your proof of this conjecture is?
The 29 "experts" you previously mentioned would probably be a good place to
start.
Best to let Florida law enforcement handle the autopsy.
Idiot.
You just proved yourself the dufuss since it was mikey's hired gun who
conducted the autopsy!
See my previous statement regarding the fact that you morons never met a
conspiracy you didn't embrace.
Especially now that they want to present the results as
objective,
Unless you want to make a case that the county medical
examiner was, in utterly motiveless fashion, involved in
some sort of conspiracy to hide the truth, this whine can
safely be set aside. Idiot.
You're telling fairy tales....

rehabilitation would have reversed' it, said Jon R. Thogmartin, the
pathologist in Florida's sixth judicial district who performed the
autopsy..."

a persistent vegetative state, finding that she had massive and irreversible
brain damage and was blind, the medical examiner's office said Wednesday."
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8225637
Note the term "medical examiner's office," you incompetent cumbubble.
....or, here's an article about the ME himself:
"Schiavo findings won't be rushed"

Of note in the above article that even a stupid ***** like you can do the

Schindler, and her husband, Michael Schiavo, to allow their own pathologists
to observe the autopsy."

Michael had Terri in aggressive speech, physical, and
recreational therapy for years, in spite of every doctor
telling him it was hopeless. You don't do that unless
you hold on to some hope she could be rehabilitated.
When he came to the realization it was hopeless, her
expressed wishes not to be kept artificially alive came
into play.
Her wishes only applied to a hopeless situation.
Idiot.
Only mikey' hired guns claimed it hopeless.
Unfounded load of horseshit, especially if you're trying
to imply yet another conspiracy and say that the M.E.
is on Michael's 'payroll.'
He does say that very thing a little later. As far as
hopelessness, every independent physician, hired
by Mike, court-appointed, or otherwise, said the
same thing, and the autopsy confirmed it, just as
the CT scans had consistently over the years. You
don't grow back a cerebral cortex.
Teri's parents found some 29-experts who disagreed.
Most of them in Congress.
The Schinlder-hired "experts" turned out to be quite an
embarassment. In 2002, a court-ordered evaluation of
Terri was undertaken, using two physicians chosen by
Evil Mike, two chosen by the Schindlers, and one
chosen by the court. The exams were videotaped. The
Schindlers sent up a pair of quacks who made claims
about their examinations that were contradicted by the
tapes. One of them, "Dr." Hammesfahr, subsequently
took the lead as the primary "expert" the Schindlers
sent around to plead their case on television--he was
all over the talking-head shows for weeks. He refers to
himself as a "Nobel prize nominee,", which turned out
to be a bold-faced lie. He, in fact, runs a small, seedy
cash-up-front clinic in Florida, and his "treatments"
resulted in an investigation by the Florida Board of
Medicine, the conclusion of which was an official
condemnation of his "therapy," a massive fine,
probation, and community service. Some of this was
later reversed on appeal, but the point stands--this
was the fellow chosen by the Schindlers as their lead
"expert.". The court, in its decision regarding that 2002
evaluation, referred to him as a "self-promoter" and was
terribly unimpressed by most of what he had to say:
"Dr. Hammesfahr testified that he felt that he was able to
get Terry Schiavo to reproduce repeatedly to his
commands. However, by the court's count, he gave 105
commands to Terry Schiavo and, at his direction, Mrs.
Schindler gave an additional 6 commands. Again, by the
court's count, he asked her 61 questions and Mrs.
Schindler, at his direction, asked her an additional 11
questions. The court saw few actions that could be
considered responsive to either those commands or those
questions. The videographer focused on her hands when
Dr. Hammesfahr was asking her to squeeze. While Dr.
Hammesfahr testified that she squeezed his finger on
command, the video would not appear to support that and
his reaction on the video likewise would not appear to
support that testimony."
And a little later:
"What is significant... and what undemises his
[Hammesfahr's] creditability is that he did not present to
this court any evidence other than his generalized
statements as to the efficacy of his therapy on brain
damaged individuals like Terry Schiavo. He testified that
he has treated about 50 patients in the same or worse
condition than Terry Schiavo since 1994 but he offered
no names, no case studies, no videos and no tests
results to support his claim that he had success in all but
one of them. If his therapy is as effective as he would
lead this court to believe, it is inconceivable that he
would not produce clinical results of these patients he
has treated. And surely the medical literature would be
replete with this new, now patented, procedure. Yet, he
has only published one article and that was in 1995
involving some 63 patients, 60% of whom were suffering
from whiplash. None of these patients were in a persistent
vegetative state and all were conversant. Even he
acknowledges that he is aware of no article or study that
shows vasodilatation therapy to be an effective treatment
for persistent vegetative state patients."
"Dr." Hammesfahr's evaluation of Terri Schiavo's
condition (from an appearance on Hannity & Colmes):
"Terri is completely aware and conscious and responsive.
She is like a child with cerebral palsy. We have kids in the
Pinellas County school system every day that are much
worse than her, that we're educating."
Yeah.
Regarding "28 experts who disagreed," this Needham
imbecile wouldn't know it, but that refers to 28 affadavits
the Schindler's acquired from various medical professionals,
not 28 "experts," and not even 28 different people. In fact,
six of them come from three of the "experts," the good "Dr."
Hammesfahr providing two. He, btw, is the ONLY physician
to provide an affidavit who had ever even been in the same
room with Terri or seen a scrap of paper from her medical
history. Two of the affidavits, from a pair of nurses, made a
long string of ludicrous assertions, and were explicitly
rejected by the court as lacking any credibility. Many of the
Schindler's "experts" were legitimate professionals who had
been roped in by the Schindlers and offered their opinions
based on the Schindlers' doctored videotape (admitting, up
front, that they knew nothing of the case beyond that tape.)
And so on.
Best to let Florida law enforcement handle the autopsy.
Idiot.
You just proved yourself the dufuss since it was mikey's

See my previous statement regarding the fact that you
morons never met a conspiracy you didn't embrace.
The autopsy was conducted by the office of the district

by Mike, nor was they paid a penny by Mike, nor did
they have any connection at all to Mike.

The governor has the same dumb streak that his brother, Jr, has.
from today's Sun-Sentinel:
"....At least one physician said it would have been extremely unlikely that
Terri Schiavo went untreated for 70 minutes, given the fact that when
paramedics arrived, they found her not breathing and in ventricular
fibrillation, which is when the heart beats wildly but fails to pump blood.
Yet, after nearly an hour of working on her, they were able to restore her
pulse.
"If she's in ventricular fibrillation, the chances are she collapsed within
15 to 20 minutes prior to their arrival," said John Kuluz, an intensive care

That's qutie a convenient excuse you conjured up
in defense of mikey. Funny thing he never employed
it....
When the truth is on your side, it isn't necessary to
play every card in your hand nor conjure up ficticious

Michael had Terri in aggressive speech, physical, and
recreational therapy for years, in spite of every doctor
telling him it was hopeless. You don't do that unless
you hold on to some hope she could be rehabilitated.
When he came to the realization it was hopeless, her
expressed wishes not to be kept artificially alive came
into play.
It's a funny thing then,
No, it isn't funny at all, and neither are you.
Sorry, I didn't realize you're uneducated in conversations

I'll be sure to speak on a lower level for you.....
....said the idiot who just admitted he was using cliches...
back when her life was in limbo, I heard two of her
nurses interviewed say just the opposite.
Those were Heidi Law and Carla Sauer Iyer, the two
whose ludicrous charges were dismissed by the court
and utterly without merit back in 2003.
Really, the interview I heard, they said they were never
questioned.
They filed affidavits in which they made most of their
charges, and those were introduced--and rejected--by
the courts.
These nurses also said Teri responded favorably
Yes; they were lying.
And you know this because????
The stuff I quote immediately after that sentence (do
try to keep up).
It seems as though anyone, I witness or not who
disputes your little Killing of an innocent victim, you
deem a liar... EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE NO PROOF
THEY ARE LYING!
Again, the very next few lines refutes that assertion:
They, in fact, described Terri
as perpetually "alert and oriented", to use Iyer's
precise words, speaking regularly, reacting to people,
and so on. None of this was true, and it was obvious
at the time, which is one of the reasons the court
dismissed their *****. The autopsy has now
re-confirmed, beyond all doubt, that this is the case,
as the things they described Terri doing were
physically impossible.
You're defending the indefensible. I don't feel your
pain.
and finally one said after one mikey visit, Teri was
extremely aggitated and having problems. She
checked her blood-sugar and it was off the chart
with insulin. The nurse claimed she found fresh
needle marks in Teri.
That's Iyer. She also said she found a syringe in the
trash, and immediately went to the police and filed a
report. No such syringe exists. No such police report
exists. None of the notes she describes having made
in Terri's records exist in those records--she says they
were removed each day after she wrote them, which
brings us to the best part: Iyer described the lack of
any supporting evidence for her ludicrous claims as
the result of a largescale conspiracy, over an
extended period of time and among unrelated parties,
to cover up the truth:
"Ms. Iyer details what amounts to a 15-month
cover-up which would include the staff of Palm
Garden of Lago Convalescent Center, the Guardian
of the Person, the Guardian ad Litem, the medical
professionals, the police and, believe it or not, Mr.
and Mrs. Schindler."
--the court, dismissing her nonsense in 2003
Still, I'll bet you'll either smear them, or flat deny their
testimony!
Now that I've set you straight on who they are, I trust
we won't be hearing any more of their ***** coming
out of you, right?

It doesn't work that way; these were nurses which had first hand experience

I take it you're on medication for this problem you have?

And if their testimony wasn't credible, then why not just

Because it was as self-impeaching as someone claiming
his mind was being controlled by invaders from Channel Z.
People like that aren't taken seriously anywhere outside
of the Weekly World News.
These nurses also said Teri responded favorably
Yes; they were lying.
And you know this because????
The stuff I quote immediately after that sentence (do
try to keep up).
In other words, you don't although you want to beleived
because you say so...
Well, let's just reconstruct the entire relevant paragraph
and see:
Here's you:
"These nurses also said Teri responded favorably"
Then, here's me, setting you straight:
"Yes; they were lying. They, in fact, described Terri
as perpetually 'alert and oriented', to use Iyer's
precise words, speaking regularly, reacting to people,
and so on. None of this was true, and it was obvious
at the time, which is one of the reasons the court
dismissed their *****. The autopsy has now
re-confirmed, beyond all doubt, that this is the case,
as the things they described Terri doing were
physically impossible."
They described Terri's condition in a way that flew in
the face of everything that is known about it. The
autopsy proved that Terri was physically incapable
of any of the things they described her doing. IOW,
they were lying. If you wish to contradict this
established fact, it is incumbent upon you to explain
away all of the evidence we have, in such a way
that would make their tall tales credible, and the
work of every other medical professional who
worked on the case not credible.
It seems as though anyone, I witness or not who
disputes your little Killing of an innocent victim, you
deem a liar... EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE NO
PROOF THEY ARE LYING!
Again, the very next few lines refutes that assertion:
Sorry but "IT WAS OBVIOUS" does not supersede
trained nurses' testimony who worked
Everything that was known about her condition refuted
these "nurses" lies, and the autopsy confirmed this.
Again, that's the final word on the subject unless you
can credibly explain everything else away.
& was there with Teri much more than mikey ever
was....
"Mikey" practically lived there; you don't even know
what you're talking about. As usual.
