Michael Schiavo Should Sue ALL the ASSHOLES |
Now that the autopsy vindicates what Michael Schiavo was saying all
along he should make a long list of people to sue who defamed/libeled
him, starting with Fox News, the Repug National Committee, Randall Terry
and Operation Rescue, Bill First, Tom DeLay, Jeb Bush, George Bush, Bill
O'Reilly, Sean Insanity, Michael "Weiner boy" Savage, the Schindlers and
many more. Specifically, malpractice charges also need to be filed
against First for his incompetent and unethical attempt to diagnose
Terry Schiavo by watching heavily edited home video footage. If Schiavo
and Felos cast a wide enough net and sues enough of them then maybe some
of them will even settle out of court and it will give them millions to
establish some kind of foundation to defend the rights and privacy of
americans from attack by all the christo-fascist zombie assholes out
there. That would be so fucking sweet.

Spoken by someone who clearly knows stupid.
Why are you so rash to make a determination like that when you should know

They accused him of far more than strangling her. They accused
him and the hospice of using morphine to kill her. No evidence. They
accused him of breaking her bones. No evidence of anything that isn't
common in a person in her condition. They accused him of a variety of
henious activities, none of which was substantiated.
They wanted her to wake up and be ok again. That's entirely
understandable - but it is also entirely unrealistic. And it's
horribly, horribly sad that instead of mourning and accepting the
inevitable they demonized a man that for the first 8 years of Terri's
hospitalization, they had no problems with at all. If he was such a
monster why did they wait until the insurance money showed up to start
making accusations of abuse?

It was authorized by the courts involved. All of them. That is about

You're a poor loser, aren't you? No wonder you side with the
Schindlers. Like them, when shown that you're wrong you just charge on
to another unsubstantiated attack.
Every court that heart this case authorized Michael to do what
he did. That means there was COPIOUS "legal documentation which
authorizes it." The lack of a living will doesn't mean that a person's
wishes can't have been stated and shouldn't be honored. Frankly,
people WITH living wills have had to have their cases heard at times
when family members have refused to honor their requests, so even with
documentation this kind of thing can be tough.
Why don't you take your holy jihad to the hospices, pal?
People die every day when their families decide to stop with the
extreme measures. But Terri's parents grabbed the headlines and that's
why people like you, who don't really give a damn, suddenly have a
moral drum to beat.

As much as I'd like to see him sue the parents for slander and libel, it
would be best if he let it go and moved on with his life.
I agree. There would be nothing accomplished by it. He's best
served by going back to his life, mourning his loss, celebrating his
gains, and hoping that her parents eventually get their ***** together.
Interestingly enough, the Schindlers are considering yet more
legal action.
And didn't tell the parents where she was interned.
I think he should eventually let them know but I think he
should let her ashes settle first.
