We are delaying the inevitable. World War Three (WWIII) is at our doorstep
(as said by Bill O'reilly and I had predicted in 1993), but we're too
self-involved with our own greed to recognize it. Our president dictates the
use of force and removal of other regimes but hypocritical when it comes to
Israel. Our Government officials (whether Democrat or Republican
(Particularly the Democrats)) are too greedy and self-absorbed. They care
not about the public but there own pocketbooks. They're getting a pay raise,
for what? The media has had little coverage of this because the politicians
don't want us (the people) to complain why our taxes are going up and our
services are going down. The democrats continue to deflect our attention
away from the miserable failures they have done in the house and senate.
They (the democrats, the courts, and the ACLU) are destroying our government
from within (no wander no other country wants to use our democracy). The
corruption in our government (Federal, State, and Local) has gone rampant.
In Los Angles, the report is that the crime rate has gone down, but the
truth is, it has just spread to other areas, like the high desert, Palmdale,
Victorville, and Barstow. Why is it, the criminal have more rights then the
victims? It has been said, "It is better to let ten (10) criminal go free,
then to incarcerate one (1) innocent person". The trouble with this is
simple: those ten criminals then go out and take the rights and possible
LIVES away from other innocent people. The Democrats, ACLU, and the media
make "profiling" a bad word, why? If the people who are being profiled stop
committing the crimes, they would then get off the profile list (hello). The
Democrats, ACLU, and the media, also make "cowboy" a bad word (the cowboys
helped settle the west), using cowboy to describe OUR president (I'd rather
have a leader that is a "cowboy" then a liar, and/or an adulterer). The
courts and the atheists are taking our religions and rights away. The ACLU
and the Democrats are taking away the tools so desperately needed by law
enforcement officials to fight crime and terror (this alone will destroy our
country).
Back to WWIII, Sorry about that, I got off on a tangent. The terrorists have
been building their empire all over the globe and nobody had done anything
major about it, until now (Thanks to President Bush). If America and the
rest of the world don't wake-up soon, far more lives will be lost. I urge
the Democrats to set aside their childish attitudes and help make this
country great again. How? You might ask. By showing a united front in public
and support OUR President. There is nothing wrong with opposing views, but
they should be done in private, out of sight of the media and thus the
enemy.

bankrupting the federal government with huge tax breaks for rich people,

little coverage of this because the politicians don't want us (the

Why would any other country want to "use" our democracy when we're not
using it ourselves? From the 2000 election debacle, when thousands of
voters living in predominantly black, predominantly Democratic precincts
were illegally purged from voting rolls and prevented from voting by
after being misidentified as felons by a corporation with strong ties to
the Republican party - to the Republican onslaught against civil rights
with such legislation as the Patriot Act - to the corporate media, who
sanitized the war in Iraq and ignored the protests against it, played a
huge role in the persecution of dissenters like the Dixie Chicks and
Michael Moore, and have consistently treated Bush and his illegitimate
administration with kid gloves - true democracy is dead in this country,
and what we have now is nothing more than a facade meant to keep up
appearances.

Because the criminals are running the country right now. Why else do

stockholders of companies like Enron are getting off scott-free?

in this country; they're just far more likely to get busted when they
do, and in many cases when they don't, because a disproportionate amount
of time is spent singling them out for harassment rather than taking a
more balanced approach to law enforcement.

Oh, shut the ***** up. The courts are enforcing the Constitution (and
not even doing a thorough job of that - but then what do you expect of a
judicial system controlled for the most part by Christian bigots?). The
atheists and other religious minorities are just standing up and
speaking out for our rights, and not nearly as often as we should be.
You have every right and every opportunity to practice your damnably
stupid religion whereever, whenever and however you want to, as long as
you're not forcing others to participate and using public money or other
faciilties to promote your religion.
The ACLU and the Democrats are taking away
the tools so desperately needed by law enforcement officials to fight
crime and terror (this alone will destroy our country).
Gestapo tactics are not necessary to fight crime or terrorism, and
they're certainly not valid tools for the law enforcement apparatus of a
democracy.

Yeah, thanks to "president" Bush, the terrorists are having a field day
recruiting new members, and we're flushing billions of dollars down the

If America and the rest of the world don't wake-up
soon, far more lives will be lost.
You mean more than the 3,000+ people that Bush allowed to die on his
watch on 9/11/01, despite the Bush administration's foreknowledge of the
attacks? More than the thousands of innocent civilians and
rank-and-file Iraqi soldiers, and hundreds of coalition soldiers, who
have died in Iraq in order to drum up new business for Halliburton? The
rest of the world, for the most part, is awake to the grave danger that
the Bush administration poses to global stability and the very real risk
that Bush's incompetence and hubris will lead to the loss of far more
lives than have already been lost to date. But the American people need
to wake up sometime before the next election and do their best to vote
Bush out of office (I say "do their best" because, as we all know, the
Repugs have companies like Diebold and Choicepoint, and a Repug majority
on the Supreme Court, on their side, and they'll be doing all in theor
power to steal the '04 election like they did the '00 election).
I urge the Democrats to set aside
their childish attitudes and help make this country great again.
Actually you should be urging the Repugs to set aside their insatiable
lust for money and power, because only that, or a stinging defeat in the
next election cycle, will lead America down the road to its former
greatness.
