pass gay marrage ban.

Smart enough not to choose Rockhead Roy,
36 percent of repugs weren't smart enough though. Repugs are about 1/3
of the electorate and about 1/3 of this 1/3 would vote for Roy Moore.
That's the batshit crazy 11% of the country to which repugs so love to
pander.

I was driving along Highway 98 through rural Baldwin County this past
Sunday; I saw some Moore signs in a few places--and maybe 2 dozen
plastered on the sides and front of a parked box trailer. That must have
been his support, there.

More importantly the activist judges running for the AL Supreme Court
lost. They were arguing that Alabama courts did not have to consider
Federal court rulings.

My ancestors fought a war because they thought state governments should
hold more power than a national one. We lost. You'd think we would have
learned something from it.

I've got my fleet of flying saucers all ready to leap into action abducting
people. Should be pretty simple - the SBC is soon, we'll just empty out the
convention hall and plop them in the middle of the state. A little energy ray
to render all vehicles inoperable, and you should be able to have that wall done
by the time they make it to the border. :-)
