Muslim Christmas question |
Twenty years ago I wished, what I thought was an Indian Engineer Merry
Christmas, he threw a fit. He was Muslim. Two years ago we delivered
Christmas presents to poor families. We delivered presents to a Muslim
single mother. Even after we had been warned the guy with me wished
her a Merry Christmas. She threw a fit.
A.) Muslims are supposed to be tolerate of other religions.
B.) Jesus is acknowledged by Muslims as a prophet.
Why did they throw a fit¿
Don't know how I made an upside down question mark, but it looks cool.

In the UK, schools tend to celebrate the festivals of all the
religions the children have, and all the children joined in.
I have never known a Muslim, or anybody else, get angry at being
wished a Merry Xmas.
Farther, when you go into some Muslim-owned shops, around Xmas, *they
will wish *you, a Merry Xmas.
Perhaps, if American schools did something similar...
