It's a laugh. My dictionary is a right-wing extremist Christanic
dictionary that proclaims that atheism is the same as evil (I *****
you not) but get a load of this:
Psyche -- Greek Mythology. A young woman who loved and was
loved by Eros and was united with him after Aphrodite's jealousy
was overcome. She subsequently became the personification of
the soul.
And another example:
Muse -- Greek Mythology. Any of the nine daughters of Mnemosyne
and Zeus, each of whom presided over a different art or science.
2. muse.a. A guiding spirit. b. A source of inspiration. 3.
muse. A poet.
Then get a load of this one:
Jesus -- A teacher and prophet who lived in the first century
of this era and whose life and teachings form the basis of
Christianity. Christians believe Jesus to be Son of God and
the Christ.
Some how all the countless gods and goddesses are mythology while one
of the Christanic pantheon isn't, worked in a way that presupposes
that it actually existed.
Then we have:
godless -- Recognizing or worshiping no god. 2. Wicked,
impious, or immoral.
atheism -- Disbelief in or denial of the existence of God or
gods. b. The doctrine that there is no God or gods. 2.
Godlessness; immorality.
All the mass murdering religious butchers -- of which Christianity
holds the highets body count -- and the mythic Hero "Jesus" isn't
enumerated as genocidal.
