P.S.: I happen to like chili. What "jellied eels" are, I don't even want
to know. Well... since I eat anything that on the count of three has not
crawled of the plate, I might try it sometime. (Except snails. Well.

Try raw, dried squid. It was ... "interesting," to say the least.
And the less said about it the better, at least it had been spiced up a bit.

I was always put off them because when I was a kid the fishmonger sold
live eels, from a tank (more like a sink actually).
