New Bush Tactic: U.S. levels houses of Iraqi insurgents |
Because that worked so well in Israel. When Bush was talking about
'winning hearts and minds' when this little phoney war began, little
did we knew he meant for the other side.

It was insensitive to talk about hearts and minds, whan the Arab speaks as
the liver as the center of emotions. He should have said hearts and livers,
but that has little propaganda utility.

We've always known the US would use Israel as a model. It's certainly not
supprising (a war crime, but not a supprising one)

And in Vietnam.
Wow, how inspiring to see Bush on TV this morning talking about the rule
of law, while the U.S. goes about violating the Geneve accords.
"No protected person may be punished for an offence he or she has not
personally committed. Collective penalties and likewise all measures of
intimidation or of terrorism are prohibited. Reprisals against protected
persons and their property areprohibited."
And Article 53 forbids "Any destruction by the Occupying Power of
real or personal property belonging individually or collectively to
private persons."
