I wish I could report something as positive as 'Pang's' news, but I can't.
However,
It appears that Representative Mursau and Senator Breske are working
together to see to it that I get the 'Coop' made habitable. I'm not
absolutely sure about it because I may have been just given the run around.
I am supposed to call an individual in regards to all this Monday morning.
That call will either turn into 'nothing' or result in me finally having
running water.
That, however, is not going to be enough. Those two state officials have
proof I was fleeced out of a considerable amount of insurance money. That
isn't even being contested. It's just a matter of whether a very powerful
community leader and attorney decides he wants to do 'right' by me and turn
a very horrendously bad turn of events into a very positive story-book
ending. It's up to the two most pre-eminent community leaders in my
congressional district to see if they can use their considerable powers of
persuasion to see that a grievous wrong is made 'right'. We'll see what
they're made of.
It is now just a matter of waiting a little longer to see what happens --
and sweating like there's no tomorrow. Hurry up Monday!! Hurry, hurry.
Yay for Pangur Ban and her magnificent WB's!

Yes, I would imagine this will be a start. As stated, the fact that my own
attorney turned out, for all intents and purposes, working on behalf of my
'brothers' and, effectively, the insurance company is not even contested.
However, I no longer have groceries delivered here, the heat is becoming a
very big problem, and the lack of transportation or the ability to do much
of anything is wearing on me.
When I talked to Representative Mursau's staffer this morning, he informed
me that he had not spoken to Assemblyman Mursau in regards to me. This,
despite the fact that I implored him to do so last Friday (June 8) and again
the following Monday (June 11). How does one explain this total disregard
for my well-being. I fully explained to him about the heat taking its toll
on me and the fact that my water supply had mosquito larvae in it. Just how
does one explain this?
I also learned this morning that it is almost certain that Representative
Mursau did *not* call Wisconsin NEWCAP on my behalf as he promised to do on
Tuesday, June 5. What the hell?!
If neither elected official called about seeing to it I have running water
run into the 'Coop', why should I think they have or are going to speak to
Miron regarding my plight out here? And if they don't, who is going to take
them to task for not doing so? The *Republican* Attorney General?!! A
*Federal* Wisconsin Senator? The Press? Lou Dobbs? Or no one?
They are simply 'toying' with me out here. Worse, they are engaged in
'torturing' me psychologically. And they're enjoying it. This would all come
to an abrupt stop if they weren't.
One bit of good news I *did* hear in the past several days is that a lot of
area residents are aware of what is being done to me and are none too happy
about it, apparently. (But, boy, you'd never know that from here!) The
'Smith' family out here who are in cahoots with attorney Miron are despised
by a great number of area residents. (And rightfully so! It was the daughter
of Miron 'Lieutenant' who runs the show in town who steered me right into
the arms of attorney Miron in the first place, the she-devil!!) And a number
of area residents have now seen the documents I have 'proving' I was sold
down river by my own attorney. I know that has helped my cause.
So I *do* have reason to be a bit optimistic, Michael. It's only that time
(and food) are running out for me. I am starting to 'cook' in this
'sweat-box' of a trailer out here.
I thought I saw that a 'cool' spell is about to affect the area. That would
be nice. I also have Minister Wadsworth rooting for me, I believe. (But it's
quite possible that someone *may* have gotten to him. I'm not quite sure
just yet. He is a good man; an open-minded individual who has a heart of
gold. I sure hope someone hasn't 'soured' him in regards to me.)
Monday should reveal quite a bit regarding my future. The fact that no one
from either Mursau's or Breske's camp bothered to call NEWCAP is *not* a
good sign. But perhaps someone did and that the woman I spoke to just didn't
know it. We'll see.
I want to take a bath in a real bathtub. It's been literally years since
I've last done that. Same goes for a 'real' shower.

In re-reading this, Michael, I see where I may have left the impression that
I am in a desperate situation in regards to my food supply. This is actually
not the case. Although I am almost out of things like bread, milk and
COFFEE, I do have other foodstuffs. I am not going to starve to death
anytime soon.

you had taken that course of action, then it would have been your
choice to do so as an adult, and not any of my business to alter.
But I am relieved to hear that you are not bereft of nourishment.
Even though I do not drink the stuff myself, (nor milk for that
matter), I hear that coffee is one of the essential vitamins of life,
at least for computer programmers!

Well it clearly shows that this staffer who I once held in high regard is
more like his 'boss' than I realized. Neither has any real concern for my
well being. It was Representative Mursau who did nothing to see to it that
medical personnel come out here to examine my severely infected feet. (As it
turned out, one of the two nurses who finally *did* come out as a result of
pressure from several sources was M. MUSAU, a Marinette County Health &
Services department head *and* a relative of 'Jeff's'. What a dirt-bag he
proved himself to be back then, eh'?
It is now 15 days after telling me he would call NEWCAP *and* speak to
attorney Miron on my behalf. Everthing about the guy just screams to me that
he is as corrupt as the sky is blue and an out-and-out Miron kiss-butt. But
events could prove me wrong and force me to apologize like there's no
tomorrow for typing what I've just written.
I see a consistent pattern out here: To string me along, to prolong my
'torture' out here as long as possible. And it is being done with sadistic
pleasure as well. Otherwise *someone* would put a stop to it. The fact that
Mursau's staffer ('Andy') did not speak to 'Jeff' in regards to me is just
as believable as when the 'Catholic with a conscience' (not really) first
implied he had not met with Jeff, then admitted he *did* see him, but then
told me they hadn't discussed me. He lied. And so too, I believe, was Andy
when I spoke to him yesterday. (But that's just part of the job for them,
isn't it?)
That's in regards to *Republican* Representative Mursau. What am I to think
when it comes to Democrat State Senator, Roger Breske? I will state clearly
here and now that I am highly suspicious of his staffer 'Adam' (even
'Sue'?). And I have very good reasons for being so. But I won't go into it
here. I'm going to see what, if anything, was done by either elected
official come Monday. But truth be told, Michael, I don't think much of
anything has been done. And they *both* are aware that things are just
brutal out here. There's no reason why neither one of them could have picked
up a telephone and called attorney Miron by now.

Miron regarding my plight out here? And if they don't, who is going to
take
them to task for not doing so? The *Republican* Attorney General?!! A
*Federal* Wisconsin Senator? The Press? Lou Dobbs? Or no one?
They are simply 'toying' with me out here. Worse, they are engaged in
'torturing' me psychologically. And they're enjoying it. This would all
come
to an abrupt stop if they weren't.
One bit of good news I *did* hear in the past several days is that a lot
of
area residents are aware of what is being done to me and are none too
happy
about it, apparently. (But, boy, you'd never know that from here!) The
'Smith' family out here who are in cahoots with attorney Miron are
despised
by a great number of area residents. (And rightfully so! It was the
daughter
of Miron 'Lieutenant', 'Norm' Smith, who runs the show in town who steered
me right into
the arms of attorney Miron in the first place, the she-devil!!) And a
number
of area residents have now seen the documents I have 'proving' I was sold
down river by my own attorney. I know that has helped my cause. Or at
least it *should*!
So I *do* have reason to be a bit optimistic, Michael. It's only that time
(and food) are running out for me. I am starting to 'cook' in this
'sweat-box' of a trailer out here.
I thought I saw that a 'cool' spell is about to affect the area. That
would
be nice. I also have Minister Wadsworth rooting for me, I believe. (But
it's
quite possible that someone *may* have gotten to him. I'm not quite sure
just yet. He is a good man; an open-minded individual who has a heart of
gold. I sure hope someone hasn't 'soured' him in regards to me.)
After giving the above considerable thinking, I feel strongly that someone
*has* gotten to him. But that is no aspersion on him. I have to remember he
is an individual who is deeply interwoven with the community. Of *course* he
cannot stand by my side in opposition to people he has known forever. No one
can really expect him to do so. 'Siting on the fence', but yet seeing to it
that I don't starve to death (which I am nowhere near doing -- it's just
that I am quite low on the 'basics' and a few 'luxury' items like 'diet
soda') is all I can really expect 'Fred' to do. At a certain point, however,
I may just ask him to speak on my behalf to certain individuals -- using his
'clout' as a man of the cloth to urge people to act in a morally upright
manner. When it comes down to me coming close to dying of heat-stroke, I
think it would be time for the clergy to loudly voice their moral outrage
and indignation, and just heap a ton of shame on the people perpetuating my
suffering. The retarded 'sick-o's'!
(I should point out that the Market supplying me foodstuffs until recently
had next to nothing in the way of dairy products and vegetables -- and no
diet soda whatsoever -- anyway. On top of that, frequently, the items I
wished to purchase came only in 'restaurant-size' [or close to it]
containers. It's an offshoot of a business that supplies local restaurants
and the like. The 'selection' has always been quite limited -- and
expensive.)
Monday should reveal quite a bit regarding my future. The fact that no one
from either Mursau's or Breske's camp bothered to call NEWCAP is *not* a
good sign. But perhaps someone did and that the woman I spoke to just
didn't
know it. We'll see.
I want to take a bath in a real bathtub. It's been literally years since
I've last done that. Same goes for a 'real' shower.
Enough of this already!

Those two state officials have
proof I was fleeced out of a considerable amount of insurance money. That
isn't even being contested. It's just a matter of whether a very powerful
community leader and attorney decides he wants to do 'right' by me and turn
a very horrendously bad turn of events into a very positive story-book
ending. It's up to the two most pre-eminent community leaders in my
congressional district to see if they can use their considerable powers of
persuasion to see that a grievous wrong is made 'right'. We'll see what
they're made of.
It is now just a matter of waiting a little longer to see what happens --
and sweating like there's no tomorrow. Hurry up Monday!! Hurry, hurry.
Yay for Pangur Ban and her magnificent WB's!
