Nightmare Scenario for the Clinton Campaign

The USA Today/Gallup poll released yesterday morning showed - for the
first time - that Barack Obama has pulled ahead of Hillary Clinton in
a national survey.
The numbers were: Obama 30%, Clinton 29%.
According to USA Today's Susan Page: "The survey of 310 Democrats and
160 independents who 'lean' Democratic, taken Friday through Sunday,
has a margin of error of +/- 5 percentage points" which means that
Hillary might be ahead by as many as nine percentage points, or she
might be as far behind as 11.
Statistically insignificant as the Obama lead might be, it is exactly
what the Clinton campaign has been trying to avoid since the polls
closed last November 7 and the Clinton Senate re-election campaign
became the Clinton Presidential campaign. The watchword of the Clinton
campaign has been "inevitability."

Not that it matters; the fact is that a Democrat will get the Democratic
nomination. Last I noticed, both Obama and Clinton are Democrats.

election going to "take back" the democracy?
They "can't even get out to vote" because they have no candidate
in either the Dem or the GOP who represents them, hence they
are a major problem waiting to happen.
They aren't willing to
vote, no less donate time or money to a candidate.
Any idea how hard it is for a non Dem or GOP candidate to
get onto the ballot in many states? We are effectively
a one-party state because the Dems and GOP differences
are bogus. There is really a secret corporate, special
interest or plutocrat party that straddles both and
forms the REAL congressional majority.
What do you
imagine, that one they will suddenly decide to stand up and grab their
guns and take to the streets? Do you somehow also imagine that this
60% somehow all agree with each other about the way things should be?
Even 50% of 60% would be enough to take control since the
Dems and GOP only have approximately 20% apiece.
Its a major problem waiting to happen.
I'm sure you'll find a safe haven somewhere if it does though.
