To those that said Michael Shaivo should 'sue all those bastards,' I believe
he found a much more subtle way to make his point. Here's to a good kick in
the balls:

Wonderful! Michael Sciavo gets the last say. And any attempt on the part of
the parents to deface or rob the grave will make them look pure evil.

Stephen Chapman, writing in the Sunday Chicago Tribune, had an excellent
take on the whole sorry affair:
"The sultans of certainty
Who failed Terri Schiavo?"
Published June 19, 2005
A few months ago, conservatives were in a state of high dudgeon about Terri
Schiavo. They ridiculed the claim that she was in a persistent vegetative
state. They insisted she could be rehabilitated. They made a huge uproar
that drowned out anyone who disagreed.
Funny thing--after her autopsy was released Wednesday, they were awfully
quiet. House Republican Leader Tom DeLay (R-Texas), who in March claimed
that "she talks and she laughs," had an attack of shyness, sending an aide
out to state only that DeLay's "thoughts and prayers remain with the family
and friends of Terri Schiavo." Senate Republican Leader Bill Frist
(R-Tenn.), a surgeon who disputed that she was in a persistent vegetative
state, took the view that "it's time to move on."
You can understand why they would like to avoid the subject. After all the
ringing assertions made by Republican politicians and evangelical leaders
about Schiavo's condition, it must have been mortifying to hear the
unvarnished scientific truth.
"The brain," said the medical examiner, "weighed 615 grams, roughly half the
expected weight of a human brain. This damage was irreversible, and no
amount of therapy or treatment" would have helped. In addition, he
concluded, she was blind and could not eat or drink on her own, contrary to
the claims of her parents. The autopsy found nothing to support the
allegations that she was choked or otherwise abused by her husband.
In short, the courts that were so bitterly denounced by many conservatives
were correct about the medical evidence. Confronting this revelation might
lead you to suspect that their other judgments were sensible and
well-founded.

Just a thought here...
There's a legal concept called "libel per se" in which the person libeled
doesn't have to prove damages, the libel is considered so heinous that
damages are assumed. And, you know, AOL is known to give up information
about its users at the drop of a legal hat...

Given the sheer number of posts this troll makes, groups he's attempted to

To those that said Michael Shaivo should 'sue all those bastards,' I
believe he found a much more subtle way to make his point. Here's to a
good kick in the balls:
~
"Even in death, acrimony over Schiavo"
Husband buries remains before notifying her parents -"The grave marker
for
Terri Schiavo includes the words, 'I kept my promise.' "
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8299372/
Stephen Chapman, writing in the Sunday Chicago Tribune, had an excellent
take on the whole sorry affair:
"The sultans of certainty
Who failed Terri Schiavo?"
Published June 19, 2005
A few months ago, conservatives were in a state of high dudgeon about
Terri
Schiavo. They ridiculed the claim that she was in a persistent vegetative
state. They insisted she could be rehabilitated. They made a huge uproar
that drowned out anyone who disagreed.
Funny thing--after her autopsy was released Wednesday, they were awfully
quiet. House Republican Leader Tom DeLay (R-Texas), who in March claimed
that "she talks and she laughs," had an attack of shyness, sending an aide
out to state only that DeLay's "thoughts and prayers remain with the
family
and friends of Terri Schiavo." Senate Republican Leader Bill Frist
(R-Tenn.), a surgeon who disputed that she was in a persistent vegetative
state, took the view that "it's time to move on."
You can understand why they would like to avoid the subject. After all the
ringing assertions made by Republican politicians and evangelical leaders
about Schiavo's condition, it must have been mortifying to hear the
unvarnished scientific truth.
"The brain," said the medical examiner, "weighed 615 grams, roughly half
the
expected weight of a human brain. This damage was irreversible, and no
amount of therapy or treatment" would have helped. In addition, he
concluded, she was blind and could not eat or drink on her own, contrary
to
the claims of her parents.
