Object: Only fools say there is no God
In crossing a heath, suppose I pitched my foot against a stone, and
were asked how the stone came to be there; I might possibly answer,
that, for anything I knew to the contrary, it lain there for ever: nor
would it perhaps be very easy to show the absurdity of this answer.
But suppose I had found a watch upon the ground, and it should be
inquired how the watch happened to be in that place; I should hardly
think of the answer, which I had before given, that for anything I
knew, the watch might have always been there.... The watch must have
had a maker: that there must have existed, at some time, and at some
place or other, an artificer or artificers, who formed it for the
purpose which we find it actually to answer; who comprehended its
construction, and designed its use.... Every indication of
contrivance, every manifestation of design, which existed in the
watch, exists in the works of nature; with the difference, on the side
of nature, of being greater or more, and that in a degree which
exceeds all computation.

Please come up with something new. This is so
old and has been disproved so many times that
it is boring as hell.

A delusional lunatic, who quotes Paley's long debunked "argument" as
though it actually meant anything (other than displaying the abject
ignorance of the utterer), and who is also a freemason?!?!
How many fingers do you have?

Only fools bring up William Paley, given that this has been
debunked going all the way back to Huxley the Elder's time.

Oh and btw Freemasons believe in God. the only reason anti freemason
kooks
like you think they are anti Christain is because they dare tolerate
other
religions, unlike you wankers.

"anti freemason kooks like you"?

You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? Then who the
hell
else are you talkin' to? You talkin' to me? Well I'm the only one here.
Who
do you think you're talking to? Oh yeah? Huh? Ok.

In other words (my own this time): why do you assume that I am
anti-Mason?

I'm quote pro-.

I dont see anyone else in the room you must be talking to me.

Well you double posted to alt.freemasonry so i assumed you were like the
idiots who think freemasons worship the devil and crap like that.

I guess I was wrong about you-my bad.

Yep. My girlfriend's father was a Mason -- and in fact she and
I had a long discussion about Masonry in her region of the world
just a couple of evenings back. Nothing I heard did other than
to reinforce my basic positive feelings about the brotherhood.

Same here I have a friend who is a Freemason and my great grandfather was
one but I didnt know him. So I guess you wont have any luck finding a
atheist in alt.freemasonry but alt.atheisim was a good place to start.

Ronnie used to talk about inviting an athiest to the WH for
a high class meal so he could ask the guest:
"Do you believe there was a cook?"
Oh, that Ronnie.

Of course, the straight answer would be, "No, I know there was a cook.
Want to meet him?"

A clue for the clueless. Watches are created out of materials that
exist. Your purported creator created the universe out of nothing.
If watchmakers created watches by zapping them into existence, you
might have an argument. But since they don't, all you have is wishful
thinking.
Now go read Matthew 5:22, fool.

Cue Huxley, on the death of Bishop Wilberforce, who fell off a horse and

The person posting as Innerjewel is not who he claims to be. This
psycho stalker seems to be having fun pretending to be Innerjewel
posting stuff related to atheism, abortion etc. I guess this peson

upset with me for asking if LOL stands for "loser on line". He has
now
made it his life's mission to lamely try to discredit me by setting
