Because they are medical records, and thus private. Also, medical
facilities and personnel are required by law to keep unauthorized
personnel from viewing those records. And there is no reason for them
to be investigated unless there has been a crime committed, and then
ONLY the records that are pertinent to the crime are needed.

Why? There is no reason for anyone else to know why a woman has had an
abortion, or even that she has had one. Just like nobody needs to know
that anyone has had prostate surgery.
But then, you have been told this many times before by many people.
And you still refuse to accept or believe the facts.
The only reason that you want the records public is so that you have
the women's names and addresses so that you or others of your ilk can
harass them for no reason. Which is an even better reason for them to
be private.
