Object: Opinion poll
This opinion poll makes the fictional assumption that the EU will accept -
on the basis of Europe-wide referendum of existing members, one new member
state a year. Each year, the citizens of the whole EU vote for the next
member. Which from the list would you choose?

Best,

Uncle Davey

Bosnia/Herzegovina, but not until/unless it scraps cantonisation and
becomes a unitary and secular state, annexes Croatia, Serbia(Including
Kosovo), Montenegro, Slovenia and Macedonia and undertakes to repudiate the
economic policy clauses of the draft EU constitution.

Hmmn. I see your point.
I've got another opinion poll up there today, for which country America
should invade next.
Iran is winning, at the moment.

Best,

Israel, I can't actually vote but it's a 100% for Israel so far.
We will likely have Turkey in a few year and they only have a small part of
their land in Europe and have their capital city in Asia so why not have a
country entirely outside of Europe.
Having said that I'd be tempted to go for the "I am looking for the EU to
disband, not develop"
option. Well what can the EU do that can't be done by other means? And
then their is sovereignty why should the EU be able to dictate to it's
member states that, for example, you can't have the death penalty, that
should be for the government of the nation state to decide.

I'm sorry but I can't make that software accept non-registered mambers
voting with the best will in the world. I did what I could, but it just
defaults back.
As far as I'm aware you don't need to provide the software with a valid
e-mail address to register. I think you only have to write some image
from a picture into the box.
2 people voted for Israel, 1 for Romania on the forum.
I was disappointed that of the 140 odd views that topic got, only 3
people voted.
