Personally I am not crazy about Mexican food - give me Indian, Thai or
Japanese any day.
Of the worlds great Cuisines I think Mexican comes in at about 65th -
just above "english"***.

*** To be fair there are some great english cooks/resteraunts these
days - that combine more tradition english cooking with ideas from
french, italian, chinese, thai....
