Comes from a store called Brookstone. They have a web site at
www.brookstone.com, but it doesn't appear to have the mug.
It only holds something like 12 ounces.

I've got a coffee cup with 'automatic stir.' I put the creamer in first
then pour the hot coffee in.

I have one of those. My sister gave it to me a while back as a gift
for some occasion. It's handy for mixing hot chocolate, but too small
for my coffee requirements.
