Rall is quite vicious at times, perhaps too much so in his comics.
His editorial columns are more even handed and thoughtful.

It's hardly an accurate comparison. The first two walls were built
to protect, the third is built to inflict. The Israeli wall has far more
in common with Guantanamo and the Lodz Ghetto.

A case can be made all three are the same, intending to protect.
I saw them as items that don't work and have been rendered obsolete.

Some are better than others. Rendering the US as Nazis
will hardly win him any friends, but factually pointing
out the hypocrisy of administrations is not out of line.

On a vaguely related note, I can't wait for Bush's visit over here next
week. Thanks to Ken Livingstone's insistence that peoples' democratic right
to peaceful protest isn't to be hindered, it should be one hell of a party.
Highlight of the occasion should be the pulling down of a giant effigy of
Bush in Trafalgar Square. Expect a better turnout than the similar event in
Iraq.

I read about the rolling 'no protest zones' and segregated camera
angles.
Such screams FASCISM, but U.S. citizens, in general, have their head's
up Shrub's arse.

I've got a feeling the square will 'rock and roll.'
