Indeed. I actually use a Ronson refillable that only cost me $1.49,
and it doesn't have any of that child-proof crap on it.
I'm wondering if there's a little piece of flint in there that will
eventually need to be replaced, but at first and several further
glances, it looks to be some kind of totally electronic mechanism.
I haven't torn mine apart yet, because I'm still using it and have
refilled it at least five times so far, with no leaks, so I wonder
what's actually inside? Have you torn one apart yet?

I think it's great when whoever was pranked says "Wow, that was
awesome! Best thrill of my life!" They don't hold a grudge against
the prankers, but I'm sure they wanna get 'em back... It's kinda like
the Punked show on MTV which I also like to watch.

Exactly. Remember before the Scare Tactics went on the air, there was a
story going around that they were being sued by some woman who was totally
traumatised? I wonder what ever happened with that.

In our last thrilling episode, "Robibnikoff"
<witchypoo@broomstick.com> was pushed over the cliffs of alt.atheism
on Thu, 7 Oct 2004 09:35:41 -0400 by Zoog, minion of Zathar. As he
fell, he screamed:

Exactly. Remember before the Scare Tactics went on the air, there was a

traumatised? I wonder what ever happened with that.

Woman had a heart condition that her friends didn't know about. When
they started the routine, she started having chest pains. Obviously,
once the crew realized that there was a real danger, they pulled the
plug.
SciFi settled out of court, and put in some background checking on
potential victims.

Anyone ever watch this? Absolutely hilarious :)

Yeah, I watch it every week. I notice the new host is Stephen
"Weirdo" Baldwin instead of Shannon "Skank" Doherty.

LOL, yes, my husband is convinced that he's slightly retarded :)

There's something strange about him. He was recently in a reality
show on Fox where he lived with some other celebrities, including
Tammy "Mascara Overdose" Baaker, and Ron "Long Dong" Jeremy.
It was a hoot, actually, once I figured out what was going on...

Oh yeah, "The Surreal Life". That show is a total train wreck :)

Was that on Fox or WB? I can't remember and am too lazy to look
it up at the moment.

How many Baldwins are there, anyway?

About five, I think.

Maybe six counting Stephen?

I think most of the pranks are pretty funny, while some of them
fall flat, and even go a bit overboard sometimes, but all in all I
consider it worth the watch.

I felt so sorry for that girl in the one where they were in a car getting
attacked by the vampire motorcycle gang. I really thought she was
going to lose it :)

I think it's great when whoever was pranked says "Wow, that was
awesome! Best thrill of my life!" They don't hold a grudge against
the prankers, but I'm sure they wanna get 'em back... It's kinda like
the Punked show on MTV which I also like to watch.

Exactly. Remember before the Scare Tactics went on the air, there
was a story going around that they were being sued by some woman
who was totally traumatised? I wonder what ever happened with that.

I don't think we need to be concerned with that, since Greg said he
would shoot someone who was trying to prank him... There's no doubt
that such a show can lead to law suits and crazy people like Greg
shooting an "alien" in his back yard.

It's on VH1 actually. I've tried to watch it a couple of times, but just
can't get through it.

I watched one episode when "Vanilla Ice" was one of the residents. It
was kind of interesting. They went to a karaoke bar, and two of the
women in the house began doing Ice Ice Baby (a song the VI swore never
to do again.) After listening to them butcher it for a minute, he
grabbed a mike and did the entire rap. Later he said it felt really
good to do the song in that environment.

I love MXC. For me, a dream two- hour television block would be Iron
Chef (with subtitles) followed by MXC.

How about Iron Chef with the subtitles spoken by Vic Romano and Kenny

Kenny: Sometimes a man just isn't a man until he's gotten his tentacles in a

Excellent! This should provide for some lively discussion for a
change, from a different point of view. Have a go!

But then, if anyone ever tried something like that on me...

Well then, you're obviously an alien believer... What do you have
to say about that? Are you also a bigfoot believer, and would shoot
something you thought was a bigfoot, before trying to find out if it
was just some guy in a costume? You wouldn't try to use your
intellect a bit, to see if they were trying to fool you?
