In a 5-4 ruling Justice Roberts penned the opinion that takes big chunk out
of the hideous infringement as our 1st Amendment rights. Succinctly, he
wrote:
"The freedom of speech ... guaranteed by the Constitution embraces at the
least the liberty to discuss publicly and truthfully all matters of public
concern without previous restraint or fear of subsequent punishment."
It's a good day for the Constitution and a stinging rebuke of the leftist
MINORITY (Justice Souter, Justice Stevens, Justice Ginsburg, and Justice
Breyer) who want to take our rights away from us!
