Raven, Martin, John, Yang, Carol, Karl, Douglas, Stoney,
Mushinronsha, thankyou for your replies to my message
on 11/2. Everyone else, I know its a big group, you
bcan't read it all, and my subject line wasn't very
interesting.
Too summarize. My brothers wife was killed in a traffic
accident Nov 1. The service was Friday, the long delay
was to allow the son in the Navy to get home, it took
until late tuesday night.
Wayne has held up pretty well, Friday would have been
their 30-th anniversary. I'll be spending as much time
with Wayne as doesn't make him sick of me.

I'm very sad to hear that. The hardest times it is to be strong are those
when it's needed the most. Pain and grief affect people in odd ways, so you
have to be ready to be emotionally supple...ready to bend and twist in the
wind, but not snap. Things will never be the same, but they will get
better, no matter how hard that may be for you all to appreciate at this
terrible time.

My condolences. The timing is so tragic. It is good that you are
able to be there for your brother. It must be very hard for him.
