2004? I have no faith in anyone opposing Bush anymore, and even less

They're probably going to give him an opportunity to resign,
which may require some negotiation to get him to do so without
making too much of a fuss - the media is certainly waiting,
perhaps even slavering, for a post-firing interview with him
