A Darwinist who's anti-social? Seems to parse that way.

I'm probably wrong, but I'm guessing it would
be someone who fancies themselves a cheerleader
for those contestants trying for a Darwin Award.

My first impression was the equal-opposite of the
social-darwinist. You know, similar to the "Master
Race" crowd. The social-darwinists, that is.
Not that there isn't a strong genetic component to
their social-darwinsim, but it's best not to dwell
on technicalities when it comes to these people.
After all, few (if any) can actually comprehend
evolution in the slightest, never mind use it as a
basis for establishing "racial" and/or "Cultural"
superiority.
So, in short, my first impression was that it was
a reference to people opposed to social-darwinism.

I think it is a play on social Darwinism. Drawing on both the Arian
association (evolutionists are eugenicists etc) and the loneliness of
misanthropy which anyone who does not believe in cretinism must be
guilty of.
In a word. Ad hom.
