I confused PNAC with PANC Power Association of Northern California.

f you don't know the difference between the organizations, how do you
know who has power where? For example, what key PNAC theorists are no
longer in the Administration? What are some of the conflicts, say
between Rumsfeld and Nordquist? If you don't know, should your
opinion
be considered significant?

There is a lot on google for PNAC.
Check out their website too.
Many of the original PNAC members
are now high ranking Bush adminstration officials.
Google up their letter to Clinon on Iraq,
and check out the names.

You might want to download the PDF of "Rebuilding America's Defenses"
written in September 2000. It is a troubling document that is totally
gung-ho for the military industrial complex and has a very chilling line
Further, the process of transformation (of the military),
even if it brings revolutionary change, is
likely to be a long one, absent some
catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a
new Pearl Harbor. (page 51)
I hope this was just wishful thinking, since the catastrophic and
catalyzing event of 9/11 occurred one year later, when they were in
power.

By "Rebuilding America's Defenses", they mean sending a NeoCon
imbecile to the WH, have him start a ***** war to the point that
the Armed forces are coming apart atthe seams.

Generally by paying attention to whomever is trying to dip their hands into your
pockets.

For example, what key PNAC theorists are no
longer in the Administration? What are some of the conflicts, say
between Rumsfeld and Nordquist? If you don't know, should your
opinion be considered significant?

Well, I've thought about it, and I've concluded that in the above case, your
opinion on 1. what theorists are no longer in the administration, and 2. what
the conflicts are between Rumsfeld and Nordquist - should definitely not be
considered significant. :-)
