Actually, maff, this is very ON topic.
Let's see...humans and proto-humans have been around for about
1,000,000 years. Until as recently as 2,500 years ago (though
4,500 years for many) most human societies were female-centred.
It was only with the rise of city states, military force and
organized religion - all temporary things - that women lost
their usually place in the social order.
Now that nation status depends less on force, the females of the
species are re-exerting themselves.
So where's the problem?
