OT: Away - French Secular Wedding. |
I shall be away (not that anyone will notice, sniff) from Late Wed
until the 29th. A family wedding in Paris that despite heroic efforts
I can't avoid. A secular wedding.
So I'll report on that when I get back.

There is a song playing on the radio right now, part of it goes like
this:
Nobody will mourn you when you die,
No one will miss what you do,
nobody cares where you bought your sweater...
(Freely translated from Swedish)
I went and bought the single :)
You know.
You're all dead men.
Providing you remember who done it.
Otherwise, you might live forever.....
Where is that from?
Dunno but it sounds like we *really should get him to try decaf...
HERESY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he said from the ceiling..... --

LOL. They had these pre-mixed cappucino drinks at the store for a
bargain, three for a dollar, I think I bought too many of those, I was
up all night hacking again... :)
I'm on vacation so I don't really mind, but...

Well, channel tunnel (the one with the car on the train). It's
brilliant. I have another house in Boulogne, which is 40 mins from the
terminal, at a reasonable pace, I can do door to door in 4 hours flat.

Indeed. But not quite so horrible as the English staff making the
safety announcements in, allegedly, "French".
Quelle Horreur, and so forth...
