Chandan Bhambani says he has noticed something about the people of
Bangladesh. They are either very rich or very poor, with little in
between.
You have only to wander the streets of Dhaka to see plenty of the
latter. These are the "floating people", the rubbish-pickers, the
hideously disfigured beggars, the pavement-dwellers who migrated to
the capital for work or shelter.
