I used to like the version of Walk on the Wild Side that was played on
the radio. Who did the radio version.

My husband makes fun of me because there were some "classic" songs that came
out at a time where I heard them so much that I now loathe them (i.e., was
home sick, on vacation with only a radio, etc.). "Walk on the Wide Side" is
one of those songs - as well as "I Shot the Sheriff", "Me and Mrs. Jones",
and "Sylvia's Mother" to name just a few.
