OT: Deep linking question |
Hi folks,
Entirely off topic, but I could use some assistance.
I run a website for the Dutch Society of Thailand. (www.nvt-bkk.org,
in case you are curious.) A group of splitters (blast 'm!) set up the
Dutch society of Pattaya. No real problem, we get along fine. Besides,
their needs are a bit different.
Anyway, they publish every month at least one email news letter. I
publish that letter in my site. But it's a lot of work. I have to copy
the complete text in ASII, put in a page, and add all the formatting
and links again.
I know it is possible to show pages as if it is your own page. It's
called deep linking. But I don't know how to do that.
So, after this lengthy intro: how do I show their page into one of
mine (with their permission, of course)? They are happy if I just post
a link, but I want to do a bit better than that.
For those who like biking, going to Thailand, and want to do something
out of the ordinary: www.covankessel.com. It's also in Dutch, but with
lots of pictures.

Try the good folks at alt.html.
There are some helpful people there that can tell you almost
anything you want about html and websites.
