Sadly, that is the truth. I think Luey has already eaten one of the little
buggers ;/

Ah. A proper cat then. My Maine Coon is in the process of
exterminating a family of mice who apparently live in my hedge, which
can be rather disturbing at 3am and aren't wearing slippers.
Mind you, have you read this

Green wobbly bit?

"No Thanks". But apparently in France it's a delicacy!
Incidentally, while you cat looks absolut-luey wonderful, it obviously
isn't as good as my cats.

Pénis vert aux jus, iirc.

Ever hear a baby rabbit squeal? It's quite similar to a squealing
pig, only slightly higher pitched. I never thought such a loud noise
could come from such a normally quiet little critter...

Can't say that I've actually heard baby rabbits squeal, but I have done a
fair bit of hunting as a youth, and the adults make quite an offputting
noise if you don't kill them cleanly. And loud to, who would suspect such a
small animal could make that much noise.
One of those things of a misspent youth that one wishes, one could take
back.
