Anti-terror police charge eight
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/3573680.stm
Police made several arrests following raids across England
Anti-terrorism police have charged eight men with various offences,
including conspiracy to murder.
They were also charged with conspiracy to commit a public nuisance by
using radioactive material, toxic gas, chemicals or explosives.
A "public nuisance"?! Yeah, well your average dirty bomb and bio
weapon or gas is damn annoying....

Heh. On the same subject, there was a bit on Radio 4 news this morning
that reported a granny got hit by a meteorite somewhere in the UK,
while hanging out her washing. She thought she'd scratched herself on
the peg bag.... Apparently it was doing 300 miles per hour.

Of course it that happened in the US, we'd be on red alert right now,
and Bush et al. would be blaming it on Saddam, Osama, Kerry, the
Clintons, the Democrats in Congress, and the 'liberal elitist' press,
not necessarily in that order. Oh. I left out trial lawyers.

It's true. And after Chernobyl we had plenty of self-cooking sheep in
