When I first saw this I thought it was a spoof. I couldn't believe
that even Rush could sink this low, or that even his listeners would
be dumb enough to fall for an obviously self-serving con-job like
this. He even invites *liberals* to show their support for the troops
by sending *him* money! Like most sociopaths, he can't resist doing
the outrageous, just to prove to himself and others that he can.

The sad thing is that there is no shortage of people who will send
this ignorance monger the money without ever deducing that hey, maybe
Rush ought to give away those subscriptions for free, at least for the
online version, since it costs him nothing to do so.
