Forget wood, stone and metal - the coollest sculptors, from Anish
Kapoor to Rachel Whiteread, are working with ice. Rob Young travels to
a remote Finnish town to see the Snow Show

The Guardian
In the small Finnish industrial town of Kemi, tucked into the coast of
the frozen Gulf of Bothnia an hour's drive short of the Arctic circle,
snow tends to be taken for granted - it is as plentiful and renewable
as England's rain. Giant trucks rumble around the streets,
mysteriously piled high with the stuff, and it is here that you will
find the world's largest snow castle, a hotel purveying weekends more
pristine than dirty.
