Object: OT: News About Hawking.
He came out of Addenbrooks hospital a few days ago, and was collected
by his wife. Hawking flatly denies that she's the one who's
responsible for the injuries he's suffered, though his family are all
pointing the finger at her. So far the police have interviewed neither
of them, and of course such cases are notoriously tricky for lots of
different reasons.
Yesterday he was taken back into hospital because of a reoccurrence of
the chest infection that took him there in the first place, which
probably isn't a good sign though one trusts he'll get over it and go
on to ever greater accomplishments.

He suffered a number of "unexplained injuries".

Stephen Hawking when visiting the set of the Enterprise D's engineering department.

He didn't merely visit the set: he had a cameo in one of the episodes. Data was playing poker on the holodeck
with, if memory serves, Stephen Hawking, Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton and a famous physicist from Klingon
history.
He also had an interesting part in a Simpsons episode, when the Springfield Mensa Association came to rule the
city.
