I'm not even sure the President is privy to the goings-on in the White
House. I suspect they must be holding back messages, because it took months
for him to get the one from the Republicans in Congress telling him to quit
fucking with their electoral chances by not shaking up his staff. He still
seems to have only read the first sentence of the memo, because the
implication was clear; that it's Rove that has to go.
