WASHINGTON - September 5 - Wisconsin 7th District Congressman Dave
Obey today sent a letter to the President outlining five
recommendations to improve U.S. reconstruction efforts in Iraq. The
full text of the letter is attached.
Obey's five recommendations include:
allowing the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense to return to
the private sector due to the gross mismanagement of post-war Iraq;
