Today, in front of the U.S. Supreme Court, Solicitor General Theodore
Olson argued that the campaign finance law was constitutional. He said it
was a response to a perception of corrupt politics - "the breakfasts, the
lunches, the receptions, the dinners ... the relentless pursuit of big
contributions."
How ironic, considering the breakfasts, lunches, receptions and dinners
Bush has given in the relentless pursuit of big contributions.
