http://tinyurl.com/e532v
excerpt:
If Mr. Powell's letter - cautionary, concerned, predominantly supportive -
can induce from you such wrath and such intolerance - what would you say
were this statement to be shouted to you by a reporter, or written to you by
a colleague?
"Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the
consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes
destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to
abolish it, and to institute new government."
Those incendiary thoughts came, of course, from a prior holder of your job,
Mr. Bush. They were the words of Thomas Jefferson.
He put them in the Declaration of Independence. Mr. Bush, what would you say
to something that annti-thetical to the status quo just now? Would you call
it "unacceptable" for Jefferson to think such things, or to write them?
Between your confidence in your infallibility, sir, and your demonizing of
dissent, and now these rages better suited to a thwarted three-year old, you
have left the unnerving sense of a White House coming unglued - a chilling
suspicion that perhaps we have not seen the peak of the anger; that we can
no longer forecast what next will be said to, or about, anyone. who
disagrees.
--
....with a big ol' lie and a flag and a pie and a mom and a bible most folks
are just liable to buy any line, any place any time...

I'll bet more people now know about Olbermann's pathetic little rant thanks
to this posting than would ever have watched his third-rate program for
themselves. Does Keith send each of his viewers a personalized thank you
note? He should, it would only take a couple of minutes to address and sign
them.

He needs all the help he can get. I would suggest that he start
surrounding himself with competent advisors for a start, not those who
just tell him what he wants to hear.

It's a darn good thing that he cares not a whit for your advice. Generally
speaking, I think that opinion pools are meaningless. But, that is the
criteria by which I have heard a steady drumbeat of hope from his naysayer's
to justify their hopes. Well, his numbers are rising, and his coat tails
have brought the Republican generic candidate numbers to even with the
election coming up. All this lip-smacking about speaker Pelosi (shudder)
and majority leader Reid is heading for the same, predictable crop of gloom
for the donkeys yet again. Yes, it's a good thing that Bush is too smart to
have you for an advisor!

Yeah, fear is still a powerful emotion, isn't it? It appears that you
are quite happy having a bunch of incompetents run the US (Lies about

the US and the American people so much?

There are no facts in evidence to refute.

So, despite all the evidence to the contrary, you think there were WMD
in Iraq prior to our invasion? You think that the post-invasion
occupation of Iraq was handled competently? Katrina was handled

I am certain that Saddam retained the capability to produce WMDs. I am also

Plenty of mistakes were made, but it wasn't worse than the performance of

Katrina was handled

Of course not! Nagin and Blanco need to be keel-hauled (sorry, I guess
pirate day is past now) for their unconscionable mismanagement.

We have done, and are doing a good job in Afghanistan?

A superb job!

It's OK for the president to lie to the American people wrt wiretapping

It;';s OK if the lie was necessitated by legtimate national security
interests, which are indeed the case.

So far you've only addressed the GWOT. As for his economic policies, he's

expanding welfare for the old, but over all, he's been pretty good.

"Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the

Those incendiary thoughts came, of course, from a prior holder of your job,

He put them in the Declaration of Independence. Mr. Bush, what would you say
to something that annti-thetical to the status quo just now? Would you call
it "unacceptable" for Jefferson to think such things, or to write them?

Between your confidence in your infallibility, sir, and your demonizing of
dissent, and now these rages better suited to a thwarted three-year old, you
have left the unnerving sense of a White House coming unglued - a chilling
suspicion that perhaps we have not seen the peak of the anger; that we can
no longer forecast what next will be said to, or about, anyone. who
disagrees.

Nah. Render him unto Syria.

Send him down to Gitmo and introduce him to the other inmates as the guy
who put them there.

excerpt:

How about a long copper pipe? Yikes, you could put darts in there,
after dipping them into our office coffeepot.
