Well, these two exchanges are in Italian, not Spanish. My italian is
kind of rusty, but I'll do the best I can.

The first person seems to be saying, "Whoever believes [that?- not
sure of the pronoun here] is a testicle!" (No, I don't quite
understand that particular inslut, either.)

The second person responds, "Whoever says it is a penis-head!" (For
"penis-head", I suppose "*****-head" is a good colloquial translation.)

It's Italian, not Spanish, so I can't help as much I would like
(my Spanish is very good, which helps a lot with Italian,
but it's not the same as really speaking it).

The first seems to say "Anyone who believes this is an *****,"
although the "ci" is confusing. It supposedly means "to us," so
perhaps
"ci" is an error, or "Chi ci crede" is an idiom I'm not familiar
with.

Still, the general meaning is pretty clear.

The second is, literally, "He who says it is a head of a *****."
You can supply an equivalent English idiom, I'm sure.
