in office now and an oath is an oath. Upholding the constitution
doesn't mean saying you need then don't need warrants. One of the two

Yeah, I know it's not scientific, but it's still pretty incredible.
I hope that the Dems grow some balls and try it. We saw the shame that
the Reps brought on themselves when they tried to remove Clinton (whose
crimes, unlike the allegations against Bush, were real, but nowhere
close to meeting the standard of impeachable). Keep on encouraging them
to over-reach. It will be the final futile act of an already irrelevant
political party. Bring it on!
