What's happened to Conservative outrage in USA? In the first quarter
of the year, there were 157,016 indecency and obscenity complaints to
the FCC. But from April - June, only 6,161.

You should see American TV - the non-TV films are edited to the point of
being almost unintelligible regardless of what time of day they're shown.
"Regular" cable TV is a hodge podge of reality shows and cartoons (the
Simpsons is still a winner though). The various series on American TV are
such utter rubbish I get depressed just having them on in the same room.
The only channel even slightly edgey on my box is ..... wait for it......
BBC America! Here you'll still see the occasional breast and a "foul" word
thrown in anger.
However, for the most part even the beeb is a watered down diet of crap but
they do run a few decent comedies and the news of course. I'd rather they
just piped BBC 1 (and/or 2) straight in and forget the "special"
programming.

Maybe it took them a year to finally stop complaining about Janet Jackson's
breast.
