Bhumibol Adulyadej has a CV to die for. He oversees more than 1,000
agricultural projects. He is such a competent saxophonist and
clarinetist that his compositions have been performed on Broadway. He
has translated books from English into Thai. He's proficient in three
other languages - French, German and Sanskrit. He has won gold medals
in yacht racing. He is an accomplished photographer whose works are
exhibited regularly. And those are just his hobbies. For Bhumibol's
"day job" is being king of Thailand.
