Heh. Could you share your criteria for Rumsfeld being a success? I
started out having high hopes for the guy, but he's really had a
reverse midas touch in his time as SecDef. Add that he's got huge
responsibility for the bad intel (he formed his own intel unit
because even CIA and DIA refused to support him hawkishly enough),
and I can't really call him a great success.
I reckon some of you just have lower standards.
